Nemschoff Introduces Innovative New Products 

SHEBOYGAN, WI – July 1, 2004 – A number of new lounge, treatment and patient room products were introduced by Nemschoff at this year’s Neocon trade fair, held in Chicago June 14-16.     

The classic lines of the new Hadleigh grouping create a definitive mission style.  Hadleigh includes lounge seating, patient seating, tables and casegoods.  Hadleigh lounge seating is available in 1-, 2- or 3- seat models with or without intervening arms.  The Hadleigh casegoods line is a complete line of casegoods and its styling can be used to create custom headwalls.  Additionally, the Hadleigh ABC has an adjustable back that can be easily controlled by the patient for maximum comfort.   

The Leonard II collection features clean lines and beautiful upholstery that will add a finely tailored look to any healthcare environment.  The collection features lounge seating and a recliner.  The lounge seating is available with a choice of bottom panels, a choice of wood arm caps and in 1-, 2- or 3- seat models.  The Leonard II recliner provides maximum patient comfort by allowing the patient to move the back and footrest independently of one another.  The recliner can also be used for sleeping.

 Nemschoff has two new treatment chairs:  the Serenity II® Treatment and the Pristo II Treatment.  The Pristo II Treatment, an update of the classic Pristo treatment chair, has a padded push bar, 5” casters with front brake, two back styles, and a variety of options including a fold-down arm for side access.  The Serenity II® Treatment offers a headrest, molded urethane armcaps, trendelenburg position for medical emergencies and a variety of options including a central brake and steer caster system. 

 Lastly, the SleepOver® Flop sofa from Nemschoff is an innovative solution to accommodate family members who want to spend the night.  The back cushions on the sofa flop down to create a sleep surface that is completed on the ends by the armrests.  The arm rests also fold open for storage.  The SleepOver® Flop Sofa provides a sleep surface that is primarily different from the seating surface and eliminates the need to plan extra space around the sofa to accommodate the sleeping surface.
