NEMSCHOFF ANNOUNCES NEW PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH MED ASSETS

SHEBOYGAN, WI (April 25, 2005) - Nemschoff, the country’s leading healthcare furniture specialist recently signed a purchasing agreement with MedAssets, one of the nation’s largest wholly owned GPO entities in the healthcare arena.

The agreement includes all Nemschoff products, and is supported by the Nemschoff sales organization as well as the Nemschoff dealer network. The Nemschoff product line includes products for a variety of healthcare environments and can be coordinated throughout a facility from the lobby, waiting areas and lounges to the patient rooms and treatment areas. In addition to its standard Nemschoff product line, Nemschoff also routinely provides non-standard product solutions. All Nemschoff products carry a Lifetime Warranty while Foxxman products have a 5-year warranty.

The purchasing agreement incorporates three tiers of pricing, with the third tier being negotiable, and all products accumulate toward the tiered discounting.

Nemschoff fully controls its production process, beginning with kiln drying the lumber and finishing with loading the fully assembled product onto trucks. Nemschoff furniture is made with field replaceable components and optional removable seat covers, minimizing the need to replace entire pieces of furniture. Additionally, the Nemschoff standard finishes and fabrics are selected and tested to withstand everyday use and routine cleaning. The final result is unrivaled quality. All Nemschoff products can also meet California Technical Bulletin 133-ASTM E1537.
