The Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Alabama is an acute tertiary care center located in the heart of Birmingham’s medical district. The medical center provides care to veterans of Alabama and the surrounding areas.

The project includes Hadleigh bedside cabinets, wardrobes and headwall units. The VA’s interior designer worked with Nemschoff to further create unique products by incorporating a special wood finish, specially colored hardware, and custom-designed wall units built to accommodate a flat screen monitor and keyboard for bedside charting. Additionally, Nemschoff seating products complement the headwalls, adding a feel of continuity throughout the facility.
