PaceSetter products are available for shipment in 15 business days or less (from receipt of a clean order and all fabric). The program allows ordering of up to 40 units per order in any design configuration of the available products. Each seating position equals one unit (i.e. a 3-seater equals 3 units). All PaceSetter orders must be clearly marked "Pacesetter" and should be submitted electronically via the Nemschoff Dealer Daily. Minimum order size is $1500.00 list. Check with you local Account Manager, one of our Authorized Dealers or Nemschoff Customer Service for additional terms.

Order Acceptance and Acknowledgements
All PaceSetter orders must be placed via the Nemschoff Dealer Daily Online Order function. Do not mix with regular lead time orders. Orders sent via fax, mail, or email will not be accepted for PaceSetter.

Duplicate purchase orders not marked "Confirmation" are the responsibility of the customer. To validate the warranty, the name and address of the end user of our product will be required.
